SUCCESSFUL TELEPHONE SALES

Introduction to Successful Telephone Sales Skills

Face-to-face meetings are a great way to get up close and personal with your customers to build a relationship and make a sale.

However, they can be time-consuming and expensive, and this is where the phone comes into its own.

You’ll have magic at your fingertips! You’ll be able to make 15 calls per hour and still get to discuss their problems, priorities and possible solutions. And maybe while still wearing your Popeye pyjamas too!

Selling over the phone does mean you lose that biggest component of communication, body language, but you’ll still be able to inject your personality and provide a personal touch in their buying process.

Being more ‘human’ and likeable enables you to build a stronger bond making people more likely to buy or get you a face-to-to face appointment.
